About the role

We’re looking for an R & D Category Intern to join our vibrant team. Get hands-on with impactful projects and gain invaluable experience in a global market leader’s lab. Your role will be a blend of science and innovation, pivotal in supporting our technical and compliance initiatives.

Your responsibilities

  • Craft technical dossiers and provide regulatory support for our diverse product range worldwide.
  • Conduct analytical chemistry testing for stability studies, and interpret data to assist in maintaining our high-quality standards.
  • Possibly engage in formulation activities, learning and applying new skills to support the team’s efforts.
  • Collaborate with external partners and cross-functional teams, contributing to R & D activities across our esteemed gastrointestinal portfolio.
  • Communicate effectively with your line manager, learning to navigate and manage stakeholder relationships within an international setting.

The experience we’re looking for

  • An interest or background in Good Manufacturing Practise (GMP) and the pharmaceutical industry.
  • A proactive approach to learning and a knack for taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to work harmoniously with diverse teams.
  • A creative thinker, able to ideate new processes and efficiency improvements.
  • Resilience under pressure, maintaining high quality without compromising delivery.
  • An ability to grasp project objectives and develop strategic tactics to achieve them.
