Job description:We are looking for innovative personal assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support to the organization.

  • He/ she represents as the point of contact between the manager and clients
  • Attending and directing phone calls to the appropriate department
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Create report of minutes of meeting
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Devise and maintain office filing system


  • HND / B.Sc in Public Administration or relevant discipline but a working experience
  • 1 – 6 years of work experience.
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Salary:N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
