Job description:
The retail store manager is responsible for the overall management of a business by ensuring that both the operational and commercial sides run smoothly.
By being the point of contact between the staff and customers, they assure all procedures and guidelines are being followed.
Responsibilities
Manage overall outlet operations and sales activities.
Provide top-notch customer service, drive sales targets & monitor inventory.
Maintain facility, safety, manage cash flow, and coordinate merchandise.
Prepare reports, ensure compliance, and flagequipment defects to the facility manager.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Salary:N150,000 – N180,000 per month.
