Job description:
The Operations / Human Resources Executive will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the daily operations and human resources functions of the company. This role involves overseeing the smooth execution of operational processes, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting the overall efficiency of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both operations and human resources, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations:
Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflow and productivity.
Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and ensure alignment with company goals.
Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
Assist in budget preparation and expense management to ensure financial prudence.
Human Resources:
Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Address employee queries and concerns, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
Support payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance department.
Promote a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management and human resources, preferably in a similar role.
Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
