We are looking to hire a Secretary for our business. Markjob Real Estate is seeking a dedicate and professional as an Office Administrator Secretary to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Minimum Qualification: HND
Experience Level: Entry level
Experience Length: 1 year
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Welcome and assist onsite guests
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Requirements:
HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Management or any related field
Minimum of 1 year work experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
Experience using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized and professional demeanor
