Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote our school both online and offline. This individual will play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness, attracting new students, and fostering strong relationships with parents and the community.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote the school’s programs and offerings across multiple channels.
2. Utilize a mix of traditional and digital marketing tactics to reach target audiences effectively.
3. Coordinate management of the school’s online presence, including social media platforms, website content, and overall marketing campaigns.
4. Capture compelling content including pictures, videos, and articles of the school’s activities to showcase our excellence as well as to engage prospective students and parents.
5. Coordinate marketing events and activities such as strategic collaborations, information sessions, and community outreach programs.
6. Analyze marketing metrics and track the effectiveness of campaigns to optimize performance and ROI.
7. Collaborate with admissions staff, faculty, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with enrollment goals and institutional objectives.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in education marketing.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Marketing, preferably in the education sector. Other sectors will also be considered and are welcome to apply.
Bachelor’s degree at a minimum
Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and email marketing.
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
