Job description:

Grammartorial Education is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our educational products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive enrollments. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive analysis, and market trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
Content Creation:
Create engaging and compelling content for marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, emails, social media posts, and website content.
Work with graphic designers to produce high-quality visual content.
Digital Marketing:
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and online promotions.
Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and provide insights for improvement.
Brand Management:
Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure uniformity in brand representation.
Event Management:
Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, product launches, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
Public Relations:
Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners.
Write and distribute press releases and manage media inquiries.
Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Provide regular reports on marketing activities, ROI, and performance metrics to the Marketing Manager.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand management.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM, email marketing tools).

Working Conditions:
Office-based with some travel required for events and meetings.
Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet marketing deadlines and event schedules.
