Job description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support (NYSC Intern) at Layer3 located in Abuja.
The IT Support will be responsible for providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for desktop computers and other information technology systems.
The role will involve help desk support and resolving technical issues.
Qualifications
Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support skills
Knowledge of desktop computers and information technology systems
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team
Experience with customer service is a plus
Relevant certifications in IT Support or related field.
