Job description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT & Software Pre-Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and articulate customer needs to provide tailored software solutions.

Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and qualify potential opportunities.
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
Product Demonstrations:
- Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
- Create customized demos to address specific customer needs and showcase product capabilities.
- Conduct webinars and technical workshops for potential and existing clients.
Solution Design:
- Collaborate with customers to design and tailor software solutions that meet their business requirements.
- Prepare detailed technical proposals and solution architectures.
- Address technical queries and concerns raised by customers during the sales cycle.
Technical Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including solution briefs, proposals, and user guides.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral and technical content for sales enablement.
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business challenges and objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical guidance and best practices.
- Conduct post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the product management and development teams to stay updated on product features and enhancements.
- Provide feedback from customers to influence product development and roadmap.
- Collaborate with other pre-sales consultants and share knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role, preferably in the software or IT industry.
- Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS platforms, and IT infrastructure.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to create and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
