We are seeking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and departments.

Responsibilities:
Recruitment and onboarding of new employees
Training and development programs for employees
Managing employee benefits and compensation
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Creating and implementing HR policies and procedures
Handling employee relations and conflict resolution
Managing performance evaluations and feedback
Developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives
Maintaining employee records and data confidentiality
Providing guidance and support to management on HR-related issues
Recording of logistics information and services
Monitoring the inflow and outflow of goods and services
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Science, Public Administration, Management Science, and Business Management.
1 – 4 years of experience in HR Management and computer science and other relevant corporate or business settings, such as Personnel or Organizational Development
Strong computer skills and proficiency in all Microsoft Packages
Proven management and organizational skills and the ability to foster relationships cross-departmentally
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong collaboration skills to work closely with department heads, managers, and employees to achieve common goals.
Upholding ethical standards and ensuring HR practices align with the company’s values and legal requirement

Remuneration: NGN100,000
