Job description:

AACS is looking for an experienced Hotel manager to join a 4-star hospitality company. The client is looking for a detail-oriented individual to assist customers with booking needs, providing various planning and booking services, and becoming a key member of the Management team.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
* Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
* Monitor and analyze hotel performance metrics, such as occupancy rates, revenue per available room (RevPAR), and guest satisfaction scores, and take appropriate actions to improve performance.
* Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
* Ensure that guests receive prompt, courteous, and personalized service throughout their stay.
* Address guest complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
* Develop and implement annual operating budgets and financiald profitability goals.
* Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new guests and increase occupancy rates.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify target markets and promotional opportunities.
* Utilize online and offline marketing channels, including social media, OTA platforms, and local advertising, to drive bookings and revenue.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
* Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role, with a track record of success in achieving operational and financial goals.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
* Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in hospitality management.
* Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Certification in hotel management or related areas (e.g., Certified Hotel Administrator) is a plus
