Head deposits Mobilization and Agency Banking

Job description:
As the Head of Deposits Mobilization and Agency Banking at IBILE Microfinance Bank, you will be responsible for driving the bank’s deposit mobilization efforts and overseeing the expansion and management of agency banking operations. You will lead a team of deposit mobilization officers and agency banking agents to achieve deposit targets, expand the bank’s customer base, and enhance financial inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to mobilize deposits from individuals, businesses, and other institutions.
Identify and establish partnerships with agents, merchants, and other stakeholders to expand the bank’s agency banking network.
Lead the recruitment, training, and management of deposit mobilization officers and agency banking agents.
Monitor and analyze deposit trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all deposit mobilization and agency banking activities.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions to attract new depositors and increase customer engagement.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and IT, to support the seamless integration of agency banking services into the bank’s operations.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on deposit mobilization and agency banking performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Deposit Growth Rate: Percentage increase in total deposits mobilized over a specified period.
Number of New Accounts Opened: Number of new deposit accounts opened within a given timeframe.
Agent Network Expansion: Number of new agency banking agents onboarded and active in the network.
Deposit Mobilization Efficiency: Ratio of deposits mobilized to the resources expended on deposit mobilization activities.
Customer Satisfaction: Feedback from customers regarding the quality of agency banking services and overall satisfaction with the deposit mobilization process.
Compliance Adherence: Degree of adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies in deposit mobilization and agency banking operations.
Revenue Generation: Contribution of deposit mobilization and agency banking activities to the bank’s overall revenue.
Training and Development: Progress in training and developing deposit mobilization officers and agency banking agents to enhance their performance and capabilities.
Pay: ₦250,000.00 – ₦300,000.00 per month
