Front End Developer

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Developer with a strong proficiency in Vue.js to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of front-end development principles and be proficient in working with Vue.js, Laravel, PHP, and MySQL. This is a contract position with the possibility of becoming permanent after the probation period.

Responsibilities:

Develop user-facing features using Vue.js, Laravel, PHP, and MySQL.

Collaborate with the design team to implement responsive and interactive web interfaces.

Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.

Collaborate with back-end developers and stakeholders to integrate front-end components with the server-side infrastructure.

Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends.

Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development and in production environments.

Continuously improve and optimize the front-end development process.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (BSC preferred).

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Front-End Developer.

Strong proficiency in Vue.js is compulsory.

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience working with Laravel, PHP, and MySQL.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and AJAX.

Knowledge of responsive web design principles.

Understanding of code versioning tools (e.g., Git).

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Remuneration: NGN 120,000 – 200,000
