Job description:
Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction both offline and online.
Actively engaging in sales activities, promoting our products/services, and meeting sales targets.
Collaborating with team members to enhance overall customer experience and achieve collective goals.
Maintaining accurate records of interactions, transactions, and customer information in our systems.
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all customer interactions.
Creating content for our social media pages and ensuring proper brand visibility.
Documenting all client enquiries, consultation bookings, sketches and requests
Participating and documenting all consultations and providing a brief for the CEO & OM to work with.
Liaising with all dispatch and delivery companies to ensure timely delivery
MUST LIVE ON THE ISLAND
Monday – Saturday
9am – 6pm
Pay: ₦120,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month
