Job description:
Greeting visitors: Welcoming guests and directing them to the right place
Managing phone calls: Answering phone calls courteously and placing calls on behalf of others
Handling correspondence: Responding to emails and other forms of communication
Scheduling appointments: Updating calendars and scheduling meetings
Maintaining office supplies: Monitoring office supplies and placing orders when needed
Providing information: Responding to customer inquiries and providing information
Maintaining records: Keeping records of office expenses and maintaining current office records
Ensuring security: Maintaining office security and ensuring security procedures are followed
Handling complaints: Handling client complaints
Planning travel: Planning business travel and arranging for employee travel and lodging
Receiving deliveries: Receiving deliveries
Filing documents: Filing documents
Keeping the area tidy: Ensuring the reception area is tidy and organized
