Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and results-driven Partnerships & Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have been in the FX-CFD industry for the past years and with his own clients base, leveraging their expertise to forge strategic partnerships and secure key clients for Capstone. As the Partnerships & Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
· Partnership Development:
· Identify, initiate, and nurture strategic partnerships with industry leaders, associations, and key stakeholders.
· Client Acquisition:
· Lead the development and execution of comprehensive business development strategies to acquire new clients.
· Leverage industrial acumen to understand client needs and position Capstone’s services as tailored solutions.
· Market Analysis:
· Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
· Utilize comprehensive insights to navigate regulatory landscapes and anticipate market challenges.
· Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry players.
· Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and solutions that align with their business goals.
· Proposal Development:
· Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients and partners.
· Ensure all proposals adhere to legal and compliance standards.
· Negotiation and Contract Management:
· Lead negotiations with partners and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
· Oversee the contract management process, collaborating with legal teams to finalize and execute agreements.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
· Proven experience in business development and partnerships within the consulting or related industry.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
· Results-oriented, with a track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets.
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month
Experience:Business: 1 year (Preferred)
