Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in flight booking, private jet chartering, helicopter chartering, and car hire services. This role involves managing travel arrangements for clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Flight Booking:

  • Manage and book domestic and international flights for clients.
  • Provide clients with flight options based on their preferences and budget.
  • Ensure all bookings are accurate and timely.

Private Jet Chartering:

  • Coordinate private jet charter services for high-end clients.
  • Liaise with charter operators to secure aircraft availability and pricing.
  • Provide clients with detailed information on aircraft specifications and amenities.

Helicopter Chartering:

  • Arrange helicopter charters for clients, ensuring safety and convenience.
  • Work with helicopter operators to confirm routes and schedules.
  • Assist clients with special requests and ensure a high level of service.

Car Hire Services:

  • Book rental cars for clients, ensuring the vehicle meets their needs.
  • Coordinate with car rental agencies to provide competitive rates and availability.
  • Handle special requests such as chauffeur services or luxury car rentals.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Offer travel advice and recommendations based on client preferences.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate records of all bookings and transactions.
  • Prepare itineraries and travel documents for clients.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, policies, and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of flight booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre).
  • Experience with private jet and helicopter chartering services.
  • Familiarity with car rental services and providers.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking software.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in travel and tourism are a plus.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry.
  • Knowledge of global travel destinations and trends.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Specifications:Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Saturday
