Job description:

The EA will be responsible for managing the administrative duties for the executive as well as handling sensitive assignments that include highly confidential information, scheduling, creating reports and other executive assistant responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing logistics, when necessary
Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
Take minutes during meetings
Conduct in-depth business analysis to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for executive meetings and presentations.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives by providing analytical support and generating relevant reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather data and information necessary for analysis and reporting.
Setting up and management of reminders for the executive.
Conduct online research when required.
Proofread and edit business materials, reports, etc.
Requirements
2 – 3 years demonstrated administrative support experience
Excellent research and presentation skills
Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work independently
Problem-solving and decision making
Proactivity and self-direction
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with data visualization tools and business intelligence software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is an added advantage.
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
