Job description:

 We are looking for a creative and strategic Digital & Social Media Officer to drive our
online marketing efforts and strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.
 This role involves managing our digital and social media channels, producing engaging
content, and executing data-driven campaigns to connect with our audience and enhance
our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
 Develop and implement social media strategies for AMO Farm Sieberer Hatchery and its
associated companies.
 Curate and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
 Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
 Track social media metrics to measure and report on campaign success.
Content Creation:
 Generate creative content, including text, images, and videos, aligned with brand identity.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and maintain a content calendar.
 Ensure content accuracy, on-brand consistency, and platform optimization.
Digital Marketing:
 Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and
conversions.
 Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other techniques to enhance online presence.
 Monitor campaign performance and provide insights on digital marketing effectiveness.
Brand Management:
 Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across digital channels.
 Work with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
 Stay updated on digital marketing trends to keep strategies current and impactful.
Analytics and Reporting:
 Use analytics tools to track the performance of social media and digital campaigns.
 Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to management.
 Adjust strategies based on data insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
 Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
 2-3 years of proven experience as a Digital & Social Media Officer or similar role.
Requirements

 Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
 Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing techniques.
 Analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
 Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability.
 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
