Job description:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Digital & Social Media Officer to drive our online marketing efforts and strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms.

This role involves managing our digital and social media channels, producing engaging content, and executing data-driven campaigns to connect with our audience and enhance our brand.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

Develop and implement social media strategies for AMO Farm Sieberer Hatchery and its associated companies.

Curate and publish engaging content across social media platforms.

Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

Track social media metrics to measure and report on campaign success.

Content Creation:

Generate creative content, including text, images, and videos, aligned with brand identity.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and maintain a content calendar.

Ensure content accuracy, on-brand consistency, and platform optimization.

Digital Marketing:

Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Utilize SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other techniques to enhance online presence.

Monitor campaign performance and provide insights on digital marketing effectiveness.

Brand Management:

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across digital channels.

Work with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends to keep strategies current and impactful.

Analytics and Reporting:

Use analytics tools to track the performance of social media and digital campaigns.

Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to management.

Adjust strategies based on data insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2-3 years of proven experience as a Digital & Social Media Officer or similar role.

Requirements

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing techniques.

Analytical skills for interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.

Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
