Regia Digitals is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and acquiring new clients for our digital marketing services. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing to the growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals
Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our digital marketing services and solutions
Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor proposals and solutions to meet their specific goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that targets and quotas are met
Collaborate with our marketing and project teams to ensure smooth transition and onboarding of new clients
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Familiarity with digital marketing services and industry trends is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience, plus commission and performance incentives
