Job description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, possess a strong understanding of various digital channels, and have a proven track record of driving engagement, generating leads, and increasing brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and PPC.
Content Creation and Management:
Create engaging and compelling content for digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website content.
Manage content calendars, scheduling, and distribution to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content.
Social Media Management:
Manage and optimize social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) to increase brand visibility, engagement, and followers.
Develop and implement social media strategies, including content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement.
Email Marketing:
Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive conversions, and retain customers.
Segment email lists based on user demographics and behaviors to deliver targeted and personalized email communications.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
Manage PPC advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads to increase website visibility and generate leads.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across digital marketing channels.
Use data insights to optimize campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Stay Updated on Digital Marketing Trends:
Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve digital marketing strategies and tactics.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a technology, startup, or innovation-focused environment.
Proven track record of creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tools, and techniques.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media management tools, email marketing software, Google Analytics, and SEO/SEM tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Education:Undergraduate (Preferred)
Experience:Digital Marketing: 2 years (Required)
Pay: ₦100,000.00 – ₦150,000.00 per month
