Data Analysis Instructor

Job description: Laytec, a top Edtech company in Nigeria, is looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team as an Instructor. Use your expertise to teach data analysis skills and guide students through practical projects, helping them transition seamlessly into tech careers

• Minimum Qualification: Degree
• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 3 years

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and comprehensive Data Analysis courses.
• Guide students through hands-on data projects.
• Create and update instructional materials to keep up with industry trends.
• Mentor students and assist them in developing their data analysis skills.
• Evaluate student work and provide actionable feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst. At least 3 years of experience in Data Analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Teaching or mentoring experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teaching capabilities.

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 – 500,000
