Job description: 
We are seeking a customer support representative that excels in meeting customers’ expectations, from answering questions on products and services to processing orders. You should assist in investigating issues that arise and resolving conflicts from customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualification: Degree

Attending to walk-in customers
Generating sales leads.
Managing incoming calls and emails.
Building good relationships with customers.
Resolving complaints and following up on resolutions.
Identifying customers’ needs.
Meeting sales objectives.
Following procedures and policies.
Performs callbacks to customers for various reasons when needed
Handle customer correspondence via all venues
Creation and management of customer documentation and installed base records
Preparing of statistics data as required by management
Manage orders held in our online website
Processes customer orders/inquiries received by our social media platform and e-mail
Providing introductory information to new customers
Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services
Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services
Escalating queries and concerns
Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions
Respond to customer inquiries with timely, friendly advice
