Job description:
Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)
Experience Level: Entry level
Experience Length: 2 years
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide information about products, services, and delivery options.
Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the operations team to coordinate deliveries and address customer concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
Stay up to date with product information and company policies.
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
Knowledge of the grocery or e-commerce industry is a plus.
