Job description:
The ideal candidate must understand digital products and experience with onboarding of clients to a digital platform.
As a Leads Closing Specialist, you will be responsible for converting leads into registered and active partners.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively contact and follow up with potential clients from various lead sources
Achieve at least 75% on target of active leads monthly.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage online community of clients to ensure task completion daily.
Guide clients through the entire onboarding process and follow up regularly to ensure task completion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and delivery on target.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
OND, HND, BSc Degree
At least 1 year of experience as a customer service representative, leads closer or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in the use of Office and CRM software.
