Job description:
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-store.
2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Provide product information, recommendations, and guidance on makeup techniques.
4. Process transactions, refunds, and exchanges.
5. Upsell and cross-sell products and services.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
7. Collaborate with makeup artists and other teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and brand events.
Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of customer service experience.
2. Passion for beauty and makeup.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Basic computer skills (e.g., CRM software).
6. Availability to work flexible hours (weekends, holidays).
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Background in English or other similar courses
2. Previous experience in beauty or retail industry.
3. Knowledge of customer service software
