We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Sales and Service Officer to help us expand our reach, increase sales, and create positive customer experience As a key contributor to Somma’s Yummies, you’ll drive the brand’s growth and success through a strong focus on sales initiatives and customer satisfaction. Your role involves collaborating with the marketing team to secure leads, secure deals, and surpass revenue objectives. Additionally, you’ll address customer enquiries, offer product information, resolve concerns, and foster enduring relationships with our esteemed clientele

Drive sales efforts to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Post and manage pre-created content on social media platforms to promote products and services.
Maintain and organize the social media content calendar for consistent posting.
Engage actively in sales activities, including lead generation, prospect nurturing, and deal closures.
Provide comprehensive product information to customers, addressing enquiries and concerns professionally.
Manage customer interactions across various channels (phone, email, social media), ensuring a positive and sales-focused experience.
Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate delivery schedules for timely and accurate fulfillment.
Proven track record in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work effectively in both independent and collaborative environments.
Familiarity with the baby food and beverage industry is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
