Job description:
As a Customer Care Representative you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with inquiries, bookings, and ensuring their travel experience is seamless from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Customer Support: Providing timely and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat channels. Addressing inquiries related to travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and general travel information.
2. Booking Management: Assisting customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services according to their preferences and budget. Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all reservations.
3. Problem Resolution: resolving customer issues and concerns in a proactive and empathetic manner. Troubleshooting problems such as flight delays, cancellations, and accommodation issues to provide swift resolutions.
4. Customer Satisfaction: Building strong relationships with customers by delivering personalized service and exceeding their expectations. Collecting feedback to continuously improve our services and enhance the overall customer experience.
5. Administrative Tasks: Performing administrative duties such as maintaining customer records, processing payments, and managing documentation related to travel bookings.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in using computer systems and travel booking software.
– Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Pay: ₦60,000.00 – ₦70,000.00 per month
