We are in search of a visionary Creative Director to lead & elevate our brand presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating compelling content that effectively engages and attracts our target audience. This role involves close collaboration with the graphic design team to produce visually stunning designs

Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Strategy:
Develop and execute creative content strategies to captivate and engage our audience.
Brainstorm and generate innovative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and content.
Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and messaging.
Collaboration with Graphic Design Team:
Work closely with the graphic design team to create visually appealing designs for various platforms.
Provide clear direction and feedback to ensure designs meet creative standards and objectives.
Social Media Management:
Manage and oversee the brand’s social media accounts, including Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat.
Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.
Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
Brand Management:
Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms and content.
Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines and enhances brand identity.
Innovative Thinking:
Continuously explore new trends and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.
Encourage a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
Project Management:
Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of creative projects.
Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Creative Director or similar role in a creative agency or in-house team.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative content and social media campaigns.
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
Proficient in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Strong understanding of brand development and multi-channel marketing concepts.
Additional Skills:
Experience with video content creation and editing is a plus.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track and report on social media performance.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
