Job description:

Develop the organisation’s corporate messaging to ensure consistency and alignment with brand values and business objectives.

Craft compelling content including posts, images, videos and graphics that communicate the organisation’s mission, vision and key messages.

Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms

Identify customer trends to help with planning social media campaigns.

Develop and drive social media strategies to enhance the organisation’s online presence and engage with key stakeholders.

Build and nurture a community of followers, respond to comments, inquiries, and engage in conversations.

Work closely with the marketing team to align communication strategies with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Prepare and distribute internal communications to employees, keeping them informed and engaged with company news and updates.

Support crisis communication efforts by providing timely and accurate information to stakeholders and managing communication channels effectively.

Required Qualifications / Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven 3 – 5 years of experience in similar role

Must posses’ skills in digital content creation, social media management and stakeholders’ engagement.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing principles.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen eye for details

Proven ability to develop and execute communication strategies that support business objectives.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
