Consulting Manager

Job description:

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our service offerings and are now seeking an experienced Consulting Manager to lead our new division focused on logo and graphic design.
Minimum Qualification: Degree
Experience Level: Mid level
Experience Length: 3 years
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and coach our new team of designers to ensure the highest possible standards in our projects.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
Hold regular meetings with the team to follow up on projects and discuss ideas and solutions.
Recruitment and Talent Identification:
Identify and recruit talented candidates who fit our clients’ needs and projects.
Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ skills and experiences
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and freelancers.
Client Relations and Project Management:
Work closely with clients to understand their visions and goals, and match them with the best design consultants.
Create detailed project plans and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.
Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the project’s lifecycle, ensuring their expectations are met.
Quality Assurance and Creative Guidance:
Oversee and review design work to ensure it meets company and client standards.
Provide constructive feedback and guidance to designers to improve their work.
Contribute creative ideas and solutions to address design challenges.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in logo and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills
Previous experience in leading and coaching a team in a creative environment.
Experience in recruiting and identifying talented designers.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficiency in current design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
