Community Manager

Job description:

We are looking to hire a Community Manager. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to take the lead on social media strategy and execution for our company. You’ll work alongside our community management team to help engage with our community and bring our brands to life.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Establish and manage the company and brands social media presence across all major platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.

Work on content creation for the various social media platforms

Help develop key messaging for the company’s social media presence

Collaborate with the larger team to ensure continued growth and success of our digital marketing efforts

Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement

Work with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas for events and campaigns and come up with new ways to engage our community.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to create engaging, sharable content

Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices

Tech savvy

Engaging and updating in trends

Basic knowledge of graphic design and photo editing software (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)

Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.)

Self-starter mentality and ability to work independently

Experience with social media management, either for a company or personal use

A keen interest in branding and marketing

Advanced knowledge of social media platforms (including scheduling and analytics)

Excellent communication and writing skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: ₦180,000.00 – ₦200,000.00 per month
