Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Lead Generation: Utilize all forms of digital leads including social media, email campaigns, and digital networking to identify and engage potential clients. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal. Market Research: Continuously research and identify new market opportunities. Stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform sales strategies. Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports, tracking key performance metrics against targets.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding targets. 1 – 3 years of working experience Strong proficiency in digital sales tools and platforms, with the ability to manage and analyze digital leads effectively. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively. Independent work ethic and strong time management skills, comfortable working remotely and managing a flexible schedule. Passionate about social impact, with an interest in contributing to projects that empower and develop communities.
