Business/Systems Analyst

Job description:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to identify business needs, analyze processes, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize operations and drive strategic initiatives. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
Skills Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with business process modeling
Proficiency in technical writing and documentation tools
Strong understanding of software development and engineering concepts
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Ability to create clear documentation (BRDs, use cases, etc.)
Familiarity with Agile methodology is a plus
Ability to translate technical information into user-friendly content
Experience with content management systems and SEO best practices
