Siella Red is seeking a Business Development Officer with a minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in a consulting firm. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting, combining the flexibility of remote work. New corps members who are about to start their NYSC are encouraged to apply.

Salary: N60,000 + commission

Key Responsibilities:

  • Start meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and explore how Siella Red can provide value.
  • Actively seek out potential clients and partnerships to expand Siella Red’s market presence.
  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Design and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors to provide actionable insights that guide business decisions.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve and exceed company revenue goals, contributing to overall business success.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year in business development, ideally within a consulting or related environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective negotiation and relationship management.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members while also being self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically to solve problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
