Job description:
Bulqsoft is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead the creation and execution of our entire sales strategy.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, acquiring new clients, and developing long-term business relationships.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and partnerships.
Track and report on sales performance, using data to optimize the strategy.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Collaborate with internal teams (development, marketing, etc.) to align sales goals with company objectives.
Lead and mentor a growing sales team.
Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Qualifications
Proven track record in business development, sales management, or a similar role.
Experience in the software development or IT services industry is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
Requirements
Strong understanding of the software industry, specifically custom software solutions.
Ability to develop and execute a strategic sales plan.
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software.
Strong presentation and pitching skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Salary
N200,000 – N300,000 / Month.
