Job description:

  • Identify and Prospect:Research and identify potential clients within the target market. Proactively reach out to prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
  • Build Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to sales, understanding customer pain points and proposing innovative solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations.
  • Drive Revenue: Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and securing new business opportunities. Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
