Are you a skilled labourer with experience in construction? Join African Land Construction Company in Lagos! We are looking for a skilled labourer with at least 2 years of experience in construction. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various areas such as tiling, plumbing, painting, electrical work, carpentry, and general labor tasks. The candidate should demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. Minimum Qualification: Vocational
Experience Level: Entry level
Experience Length: 1 year
Responsibilities:
Perform tasks related to tiling, plumbing, painting, electrical work, carpentry, and general labour as required.
Lay and set tiles to create aesthetically pleasing surfaces on floors, walls, and other areas.
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings.
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to buildings and structures, ensuring a smooth and durable finish.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials.
Assist with various tasks on the construction site, including loading and unloading materials, site cleanup, and assisting skilled tradesmen as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction.
Proven experience working on construction sites.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong understanding of safety protocols and practices.
Good physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
