Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Administrative Support Officer to join our team in supporting the research, technology, and innovation division. In this role, you will provide a variety of administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years


  • Provide general administrative support to the research and innovation team (e.g., scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, filing).
  • Manage and maintain departmental calendars and databases.
  • Prepare and process documents (e.g., reports, presentations, invoices).
  • Answer phone calls and emails and provide courteous and professional customer service.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and workshops.
  • Order office supplies and equipment.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.


  • HND/Bachelors Degree or equivalent (or relevant experience)
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
