Responsibilities
Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the offices.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Scheduling:Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for Management.
Correspondence:
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications.
- Draft and edit correspondence and reports.
Record Keeping:Maintain and update records and databases.
Supply Management:
- Monitor and replenish office supplies.
- Manage procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.
Staff Support:
- Assist staff with administrative needs.
- Prepare vacancy adverts, share on all platforms, and shortlist credible candidates for interview.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the Management team.
Event Planning:
- Organize and coordinate events or meetings.
- Be Secretary at all company meetings.
Communication:Facilitate internal communication within the organization.
Policy Implementation:Implement and enforce organizational policies.
Problem Solving:Address administrative issues and solve problems.
Technology Proficiency:Utilize office software and technology effectively.
Collaboration:Work collaboratively with other departments.
Adaptability:Adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
Confidentiality:Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Reporting:Generate and present reports as needed.
Requirements:Candidates should possess B.Sc. Degrees with 4 – 6 years of relevant work experience.
Salary
N200,000 Monthly.
