Job description:

We are seeing an Administrative assistant (Remote, Contract) to work Monday to Friday, from 10 am to 5 pm US Eastern time.
What You’ll be doing.
You’ll be working part-time, 5 days a week. 7 hours a day. Monday to Friday 10 am to 5 pm US ET.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the team during the work hours, you’ll need to complete tasks and projects such as:
Handle correspondence and respond to emails
Be able to perform daily, weekly, monthly, project and training tasks on-time and in an efficient manner, hitting deadlines
Receptionist, answer calls that come into the main phone line
Maintain database and update information daily
Organize and maintain online files and documents in a systematic and efficient manner
Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external use
Assist with research and projects as needed
Act as a point of contact for the company – answering inquiries as needed
Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, candidates and team members
Perform administrative tasks as assigned
Take notes for business calls
Perform other work tasks as assigned
Have great time management skills
Be able to multitask
Work and train independently
Pay attention and follow directions
and most importantly you’ll need Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
This is a permanent contracting role. We need someone who is hard-working, dedicated, reliable, and able to hit deadlines and willing to learn the job and wants to be with us. Please No lazy or not interested in working but want a paycheck – this is not the role for you. We want you to eventually be able to work your own hours, doing what is needed to do, but please answer the calls as they come in – this will only come as you prove that you can be trusted.
We are seeking someone who is more mature and someone who is trustworthy. We do not need anyone that has excuses for everything.
What you MUST need.
A laptop and a good internet connection are in order to do this job. No Tablets are allowed
– Be able to install company Software onto computer to work and Track – a MUST
You must have a relaxed clear English-speaking voice.
– You will need to know office skills, some training will be provided but you will still need to know how to use Office 365 and have administrative skills – Day 1
You are very teachable/trainable
– Dependable, and reliable. – I do not need anyone with several excuses for why theyre not doing their jobs
Microsoft Office (plus other Microsoft modules )
Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
– Previous experience maintaining and and managing a database (not excel) – A PLUS
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This is a remote positions, You’ll need the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive and able to anticipate needs and issues
Experience in a remote work environment is a plus
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and other relevant software

Salary. Weekly Pay via ACH/Direct Deposit.
Bonus Pay. Base plus periodic bonuses throughout the year*. *Bonus Pay is based on your overall performance, company performance and profitability, and is not guaranteed
