Job description:

We are currently seeking a talented and versatile individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant. This position entails providing administrative support while also managing our social media presence effectively.
Minimum Qualification: HND
Experience Level: Entry level
Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the office staff, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist with office organization and maintenance, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Assist with event planning and coordination, including meetings, conferences, and company outings.
Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers across various social media platforms.
Create compelling content and posts, including captions, images, and videos.
Monitor social media platforms for trends, and opportunities to engage with our audience.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media performance metrics and report to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1 year experience in an administrative support role or social media management role preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Creative flair and strong storytelling skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
Proficiency in content creation and social media management tools.
Recent graduates who have completed NYSC or are about to complete NYSC are encouraged to apply!
