Job description:

  • Supervision of Stocks movement from the warehouse to the C&C, arrangement and shelving of same.
  • Supervision and monitoring of stocks issued and reconciliation between the reps, cashiers and storekeepers to ensure correct payment being made.
  • Provide guidance and technical support to storekeepers.
  • Preparation of monthly budget for the Sales Reps, Supervisors, Storekeepers and Cashiers.
  • Preparation of monthly reports of expenses incurred by the AM, Sales reps, supervisors and cashiers.
  • Preparation monthly attendance of Staff in the location for salary advice.
  • Ensure cash deposits are moved to the bank on daily basis without any shortage(s).
  • Timely preparation /reports of stocks situation in C&C and the Depot.
  • Investigate variance in stocks level where any exist and report same to Auditors/Head of department.
  • Supervise the physical stock count and compare it with what is in the closing stocks.
  • Frequent visits to banks to confirm teller’s clearance Payment of salaries to right set of employees, highlight discrepancies.
  • Train Data Entry Operator on entering daily sales data on ‘Navision’, and in his absence, do daily data entry.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-4 years of experience.
  • Candidates must have Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration Background

SalaryN80,000 – N100,000 / Month.
