Job description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant Receptionist to join our team at the Advanced Dental Clinic in Abuja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions and front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations at our clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all financial transactions, including billing, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.
Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, displaying professionalism at all times.
Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Generate financial reports and summaries for review by management.
Coordinate with insurance providers for claims processing and billing.
Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude at the reception area.
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient flow and positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in accounting and receptionist duties, preferably in a medical or dental setting.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of medical billing processes and insurance protocols is a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
