Responsibilities:
Hiring, supervising, and evaluating teachers, administrative staff, and support personnel.
Providing professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the school’s staff.
Overseeing the development, evaluation, and implementation of the school curriculum to ensure alignment with educational standards and student needs.
Monitoring and assessing instructional practices to improve teaching and learning outcomes.
Creating and enforcing school policies related to student behavior, discipline, attendance, and well-being.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and addressing facility-related issues promptly.
Overseeing the maintenance, safety, and security of school facilities.
Managing crises or conflicts that arise within the school environment and implementing solutions to resolve issues effectively.
Communicating school goals, initiatives, and student progress to stakeholders and fostering community involvement in school activities.
Requirements:
Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree
2 years of working experience
NGN 75,000 – 150,000 Negotiable
