Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & New Business Acquisition:
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold outreach, networking, and digital channels (LinkedIn, industry events, etc.).
– Develop tailored proposals/pitches to convert prospects into clients.
– Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
2. Client Relationship Management:
– Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
– Conduct regular check-ins to understand client needs and align solutions with their goals.
– Resolve issues promptly to maintain trust and long-term partnerships.
3. Strategic Collaboration:
– Work closely with the CEO and Project team to align strategies and deliver client-centric solutions.
– Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, competitor activity, and client requirements.
4. Sales Process Management:
– Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
– Maintain accurate client Record and report on KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, revenue growth).
5. Market Intelligence:
– Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to refine business development tactics.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree or HND in any field
– 3+ years of experience in business development, key account management, or B2B sales (experience in [industry, e.g., Real Estate industry and EPC environment ).
– OND with 5 years experience can apply
Skills & Competencies:
– Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft office suites
– Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
– Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
– Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events as needed.
Pay: ₦60,000.00 – ₦80,000.00 per month
