Inventory Control Officer

Job description:
Ensure accurate inventory management, maintain stock levels, and optimize logistics processes to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and control inventory levels for makeup products and supplies.
2. Conduct regular stock counts and audits.
3. Implement and maintain inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, barcode scanning).
4. Analyze sales trends and forecast inventory needs.
5. Coordinate with procurement team to order and receive stock.
6. Manage stockroom organization and maintenance.
7. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
8. Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely deliveries.
9. Maintain accurate records and reports (e.g., inventory levels, stock movements).
10. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
    Requirements:
11. 2-3 years of inventory management experience.
12. Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
13. Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., Loyverse or ERPrev Inventory).
14. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
15. Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
16. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    Preferred Qualifications:
17. Degree in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
18. Experience in retail industry.
19. Certification in inventory management (e.g., CSCP, CLTD).
20. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Loyverse or ERPREV)
