Job Description:

Aptech Enugu Center is looking for a highly skilled and passionate Mobile App Developer & AI/ML Faculty to train students in cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in Mobile App Development and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) while also assisting in curriculum development and project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobile App Development Training

• Teach students how to design, develop, and deploy mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Cover key technologies, including Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Swift, and Java.
• Guide students through hands-on projects, UI/UX design, and backend integration using Firebase or Node.js.
• Provide mentorship on best practices for mobile app security, performance optimization, and app store deployment.

AI/ML Training

• Deliver comprehensive training on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Teach students AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Guide students in real-world AI/ML applications such as chatbots, predictive analytics, and automation.
• Support students in developing AI-powered mobile applications.

General Responsibilities

• Develop and update curriculum, lesson plans, and study materials based on industry trends.
• Conduct practical coding sessions, hackathons, and workshops to enhance student engagement.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and mentor them on capstone projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in mobile development and AI/ML and integrate them into the curriculum.
• Collaborate with the academic team to improve training delivery and student experience.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, or relevant certificate in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Mobile App or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Mobile App Development: Strong knowledge of Flutter, React Native, Java, Kotlin, Swift.
• AI/ML: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and AI-powered mobile apps.
• Experience with REST APIs, cloud computing (AWS, Firebase, Google Cloud), and database management (SQL, NoSQL).
• Knowledge of Git, GitHub, and deployment strategies for mobile apps.

Educational & Professional Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in mobile app development and/or AI/ML.
• Prior experience in teaching or corporate training is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple way.
• Problem-solving and project management skills.

Pay: ₦60,000.00 – ₦100,000.00 per month
