Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-store.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and guidance on makeup techniques.
- Process transactions, refunds, and exchanges.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with makeup artists and other teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and brand events.
Requirements: - 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Passion for beauty and makeup.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., CRM software).
- Availability to work flexible hours (weekends, holidays).
Preferred Qualifications: - Background in English or other similar courses
- Previous experience in beauty or retail industry.
- Knowledge of customer service software
